A Buddha Air plane in Nepal made a manual landing at Tribhuvan International Airport in Kathmandu after the left engine caught fire. There were 76 people including crew members on board the plane. There is no news of any casualty in this accident yet.

A press release issued by the Nepal government said that a Buddha Air plane landed 43 kilometers east of the capital Kathmandu due to a fire in its left engine. After which it returned to Kathmandu by flying on a single engine.

It made a manual landing at Tribhuvan International Airport at 11:15 am. All the passengers and crew members on board the plane are completely safe.
