The Telangana government increased the amount given to farmers per acre of land under the Rythu Bharosa scheme to Rs 12,000. Apart from this, families of landless farm laborers will also get the same amount annually under the newly launched scheme Indiramma Atmiya Bharosa Yojana. After the cabinet meeting on Saturday, Chief Minister Revanth Reddy said that those who do not have ration cards will be given new ration cards. All these schemes will start from January 26. The Cabinet has decided to implement the schemes on completion of 75 years of the implementation of the Indian Constitution.
